Quality Policy Statement

Goodall, Bates & Todd Ltd is a privately owned organization, which owns 2 subsidiary trading companies, GB Lubricants and GB Fuels. GB Lubricants is engaged in the manufacture and supply of a range of lubricants and greases for the automotive, agricultural, forestry, marine and engineering sectors. Additionally the factoring of products such as anti-freeze and other ancillaries is provided as part of the Company's comprehensive product service.

GB Fuels distribute fuels to a wide variety of markets. Both companies are based at the Albany Road site in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear.

Both GB Lubricants and GB Fuels are committed to comply with the requirements of BS EN 9001:2008 as detailed in this Quality Manual, with the intention to continually improve their effectiveness, efficiency, service and technical backup to the customer base.

Quality objectives are established and reviewed by management within the framework detailed in this Quality Assurance Manual and in particular at periodic Management Reviews.

The company reviews and revises its quality policy on an annual basis to ensure its suitability in the light of changing conditions and information.

The Management Systems Co-ordinator is, for the purpose of Quality Assurance, will be referred to as The Quality Assurance Representative. Accordingly, he is the focal point for all matters relevant to our Quality System and procedures.

In the event of anyone finding it impracticable to adhere to the conditions laid down in this manual they must immediately raise the matter in writing with the Quality Assurance Representative who will, if appropriate, arrange an amendment to the working procedures.
