GB KT MOULD OIL

Formulated using the highest quality virgin mineral base oils and a specially selected reactive additive, to form a release layer between setting concrete and its mould. Particularly suited for fast moving production industries, where time constraints apply.

Formulated with neat oils and surfactants, for dilution with gas oil or paraffin. Particularly suited to continuous processes, such as brick or tile manufacturing, or as a concrete mould release fluid.

BRICK OILS

 

GB BRICK OIL 57

High quality general-purpose oil, containing polar fatty additives, for the treatment of mould/extrusion equipment used in the manufacture of bricks. Also suitable for a number of manufacturing processes within the industry, including extrusion (wirecut), casting or pressing.

Especially suitable where clays have a natural greasy texture, thus aiding release from moulds.
