GB KUTIGRIND
An inherently low foaming, medium to high performance, synthetic water-mix grinding fluid, suitable for machining a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Specifically formulated to allow efficient separation of metal fines and to minimise the occurrence of sticky residues, it is a major advancement in fluidity and mobility of residual film.
GB KUTILUBE 1
A general purpose, conventional, white-water cutting fluid with high oil content, suitable for machining a wide variety of metals, including mild steel, most medium tensile metals, copper alloys and other materials which are moderately easy to machine.
GB KUTILUBE 2
An extreme-pressure, general purpose coolant with high oil content, suitable for more arduous operations and tougher materials, such as stainless steel, tool steel and inconel.
GB KUTILUBE 3
A bio-stable, semi-synthetic, soluble cutting fluid with medium oil content, suitable for machining a wide range of materials, including mild steel, cast iron, stainless steel, aluminium and yellow metals.
GB KUTILUBE 4
A bio-stable, extreme-pressure, semi-synthetic coolant and grinding fluid with medium oil content, suitable for more arduous operations and tougher materials, such as stainless steel, tool steel and inconel.
GB KUTILUBE 5
A bio-stable, semi-synthetic coolant and grinding fluid with medium oil content, excellent lubricity and ultra-low foaming performance. Specifically designed for aluminium alloys, it is formulated to give a high quality surface finish with low staining characteristics, even in the most difficult machining operations
GB KUTICLEAN
An emulsifiable degreaser and detergent specially formulated for the machining industry. Suitable for use in self-contained and centralized systems, for effective removal of oil, slime, bacteria and fungal growths.
