Tapping & Blanking Fluids
GB UNICUT® 9 (TAPPING)
Formulated for operations which are sensitive to staining, such as broaching alloy steels, machining heat-resistant steels and nickel alloys, and tube-drawing cuprous and stainless steels. Also ideal for use as a fine tapping medium. Incorporates a high temperature rust inhibitor.
GB UNICUT® 10 (BLANKING)
Formulated for operations such as tapping, deep drawing, stamping, blanking and piercing, stainless steel wire drawing, cold forging of low carbon steel and hot forging of stainless steels. It offers advantages for slow speed machining ideal for both steels and yellow metals. It may also be used as a tapping fluid where a more viscous product is desirable.
GB UNICUT® 11
A very low viscosity, neat oil, specially developed as a blanking fluid, but is also suitable for cutting operations requiring a good flushing action, good lubricity and excellent heat removal properties.
